  • Discord server ID
  • Bot configuration parameters (language, AI level, chosen sanctions, warning thresholds, allowed extensions, log channel)
• User data:
  • ID of sanctioned users (no usernames stored)
  • Number of warnings received
  • Details of each sanction (type, date, reason, moderator)
• Message data:
  • The content of moderated messages may be temporarily stored if the logging system is enabled.

  No personal data such as email, IP address, or location data is collected.

2. Data Usage

The collected data is used only to:

• Automatically apply configured sanctions.
• Track the history of warnings and sanctions.
• Display moderation logs.
• Maintain the custom configuration of each server.

3. Storage and Security

• Data is stored securely on protected servers.
• No information is sold or shared with third parties.
• Access to data is restricted to bot administrators only.

4. Data Sharing

ONIA does not share any data with third parties, external services, or partners.

5. Retention Period

• Data is retained as long as the bot is active on the server.
• If the bot is removed from a server, the data is automatically deleted within 30 days.

6. Data Deletion

A server owner can request the complete deletion of data associated with their server at any time by sending a request to: contact@waldari.app

We only collect information necessary for the use of the bot and fully respect the rules of the Discord platform.
