By using ONIA, you accept all of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not add or use this bot on your Discord server.

1. Service Description

ONIA is a Discord bot specialized in automated intelligent moderation. It uses a trained artificial intelligence system to analyze and filter text messages exchanged on a server, take configurable automatic sanctions, manage a progressive warning system, and apply filtering of shared file extensions.

ONIA is designed to help Discord server administrators maintain a healthy, secure environment that complies with their internal rules.

2. Access and Usage Conditions

Adding the ONIA bot to a Discord server requires adequate permissions (administrator or owner).
Only the Discord server owner is authorized to access the /config menu command, which allows configuring the bot.
By using ONIA, you agree to:
- Not exploit, divert, or use ONIA for illegal or harmful purposes.
- Not attempt to alter, access the source code, or interfere with the operation of the bot.
- Use ONIA in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service.

3. Main Features

AI moderation: Three AI filtering modes: soft, moderate, strict. Automatic detection and filtering of hateful, violent, inappropriate, or non-compliant content. Customization via an AI prompt in /config menu, allowing you to specify moderation behavior specific to the server.
Configurable automated sanctions: Automatic application of sanctions (of your choice): Warning only (warn), Timeout (with customizable duration), Kick, Ban. Management of warning tiers: you can define automatic warning thresholds that trigger specific sanctions.
Warning system: Each sanction imposed by the bot or a moderator results in a recorded warning. Tracking with: /warnlist, /warns, /removewarn, /warndebug. History of sanctions accessible at any time by admins/mods.
Shared file control: Filtering system for file extensions allowed on the server. Configurable activation/deactivation. Protection against malicious or unwanted extensions.
Moderation logs: All moderation events are sent to a log channel configured by the administrator. Transparency on automatic and manual actions of the bot.
Complete configuration: Complete configuration menu accessible via /config menu. Choice of bot language (multi-language). Simplified configuration via command line interface.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, brand, ONIA name, site design, and all associated resources are the exclusive property of their creators. Any reproduction or reuse without authorization is prohibited.

5. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to withdraw access to ONIA at any time, without notice, in the following cases:

Violation of these terms.
Abusive or malicious use of the bot.
Request from Discord teams.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be informed in case of significant changes. Continued use of the bot constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.
